SMA-200E木质素纤维易分散在建筑材料中,形成三维空间结构,并能吸附自重2-6倍的水份。木质素纤维传输水份的功能,使得浆料表面与基层界面水化应充足,从而提高了材料表面强度和与基层的粘结强度和材料强度的均匀性等,使得木质素纤维成为不可缺少的添加剂。
在建筑材料中的作用:
1、强烈的增稠增强效果:
木质纤维素具有强劲的交联织补功能,与其它材料混合后纤维之间搭成三维立体结构(见图一),可将水份锁在其间以保水缓凝,使其有效地减水龟裂。
2、改善操作性能:
当剪力作用于其上时(如搅拌、泵送),部分液体会从纤维结构中甩到基体里,导致粘度降低,和易性提高,当流动停止时,纤维结构又非常迅速地恢复并将水份吸收回来,并恢复原有粘度(图二、图三)。

3、抗裂性:
在凝固或干燥过程中产生的机械能被纤维筋减弱,防止龟裂。
4、低收缩:
木质纤维的生物尺寸稳定性好,混合料不会发生收缩沉降,并提高其抗裂性。
5、良好的液体强制吸附力:
木质纤维自身吸收自重的1-2倍的液体,并利用其结构吸附2-6倍的液体。
6、抗垂:
施工操作以及干燥过程中不会出现下坠现象。这使得较厚的抹灰可一次完成,即使在高温条件下,木质纤维也具有很好的热稳定性。
7、易分散:
与其它材料搅合很容易,分散均匀,流平性好,不流挂、抗飞溅。
在建筑材料上的应用:
1、水泥基抹灰浆:每吨添加量0.5%。
2、石膏基抹灰浆和石膏产品:每吨添加量0.3-0.5%。
3、砌筑砂浆:每吨添加量0.1-0.2%。
4、瓷砖黏合剂:每吨添加量0.3-0.5%。
5、自流平地面材料:每吨添加量0.1-0.2%。
6、填缝剂:每吨添加量0.3-0.5%。
包装储运:
1、本产品为10公斤/袋,贮存有效期为24个月,超期经试配试验后仍可使用。
2、应贮存于干燥通风处,注意防潮、防雨、防明火。

Product brief introduction:
SMA-200E-type lignin fibers is easy to disperse in building materials to form three-dimensional structure and adsorb water 2-6 times of self-weight. Lignin fiber transmission functions of water can provide adequate interface hydration of the slurry surface and the grass-roots level , resulting in improving uniformity between the grass-roots strength, bond strength and material strength,at the same time making lignin fibers become an indispensable additive.
Role in building materials:
1, enhance the thickening effect strongly:
Lignocelluloses has a strong feature of crosslinking, the three-dimensional fiber structure mixed with other materials (see Figure 1), can be water locked in the meantime to alleviate the condensate water to effectively reduce the water turtle bifida.
2, improve cooperate capability:
When the shear force plays its role (such as mixing, pumping), and some of the liquid from the fiber structure in the matrix apparently succumbed, resulting in lower viscosity, improve workability, when the flow stopped, the fiber structure is very quickly moisture absorption and back, and restore the original viscosity (Figure 2, Figure 3).

3, crack resistance:
The mechanical fiber reinforcement in Solidification or in the drying process can be reduced to prevent cracking.
4, low shrinkage:
Biological dimensions of wood fiber has good stability, there will be no contraction of mixtures settlement, and to increase their crack resistance.
5, good liquid adsorption mandatory force:
Lignocelluloses adsorb water 1-2 times of self-weight and adsorb water 2-6 times of self-weight by use of its structure.
6, anti-down:
Construction operation and the drying process does not appear to fall phenomenon. This makes a thick plaster can be completed once, even in high temperature conditions, the wood fibers also have very good thermal stability.
7, easy to spread:
Stir together with other materials very easily, distributed evenly, leveling is good, do not flow linked, anti-spatter.
Application in building materials:
1, cement-based plaster paste: Add the volume of 0.5 percent per ton.
2, gypsum-based slurry and gypsum plaster Products: Adding 0.3-0.5% per tonne.
3, masonry mortar: Add the volume of 0.1-0.2% per tonne.
4, ceramic tile adhesive: add the volume of 0.3-0.5% per tonne.
5, self-leveling ground Materials: Add the volume of 0.1-0.2% per tonne.
6, sealant: Add the volume of 0.3-0.5% per tonne.
Packaging storage and transportation:
1, The weight of product is 10 kg / bag, the valid storage period is 24 months. Those extended can still be used after tests.
2, Product should be stored in a dry well-ventilated place Attention to moisture, water-resist and anti-fire.
